Amidst Gran Roque’s seascape, a 200m2 home stands. A storm destroyed the original during restoration, sparking a challenge: rebuild respecting strict local regulations. Enhancing the existing structure, innovative operable louvers were incorporated, offering improved shading and ventilation. The outcome: a resilient, seamlessly integrated, aesthetically pleasing home that embraces island living.
