This project in Wellington, New Zealand, designed an iconic public space connecting the city boulevard to the beach. The multi-level structure houses an art gallery at street level, a restaurant halfway down to the beach, and an auditorium halfway up, creating a dynamic hub of culture and leisure that enhances the urban landscape.

The interior renovation of the Fundación Gran Mariscal de Ayacucho building updated six floor plans, each over 560 square meters. The project included a facade makeover and a strategic furniture layout redesign, enhancing both the functionality and aesthetic appeal of the space to better suit modern needs.
